Step 3 in brief: We submit the required documents and your application form to BDO Home Loans department
(For locals who are abroad, you don't need to be in the Philippines to get your loan)
Be reminded of your schedules so you won't miss out.
Processing your documents take time. By this time, if you're abroad, ready all your originally filled up documents, print them all out, and have SPA consularised at the embassy (it has a cost per document, about S$40+).
Then once approved by the bank, you'll receive an email with subject such as this below from what they call a Borrower’s Compliance Account Officer AO:
