Appointment with the bank

Below is an example of how you'd go through (or your SPA / AIF) to the signing of documents at the bank. The signing of home loan documents, when you're abroad, should be done by your AIF with accompanied embassy-consularised SPA (Special Power of Attorney). Your AIF (attorney-in-fact) will act on your behalf on the signing of documents at the bank.
