Terms and Conditions for JC North Credit Card Raffle Promotion

1. Organizer

• The raffle draw is organized by JC North, located at McKinley Hill and online Google Meet if any.

2. Eligibility

• This raffle is open to residents of the Philippines, aged 18 years or older, who successfully apply for a credit card using the provided link during the promotional period.

• Employees of JC North, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the raffle are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

• The promotion begins on 8th July 2024 and ends on 31 Dec 2024. All entries must be received by 11:59PM PH Time on 28 Dec 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

• Participants must submit their details through the official JC North Google Form, including their name, contact number, email address, last four digits of their existing card, a screenshot of their successful credit card application via the UBP link provided, and their address, for shipping purposes.

• Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

5. Random Serial Number

• Each valid entry will be assigned a random 7-digit serial number, which will be used in the raffle draw.

6. Prize

• The prize for the raffle draw is iPhone 15 Pro. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

• JC North reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

7. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a random selection process.

• The draw will take place on 29 Dec 2024 at McKinley. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry within 14 days of the draw.

8. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

• The winner must respond to the notification within 10 days. If the winner does not respond within this period, JC North reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

• The winner must provide proof of identity and the original screenshot of the successful credit card application to claim the prize.

9. Publicity

• By entering the raffle, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry details in any publicity material related to the raffle without further compensation.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data provided during the entry process will only be used by JC North for the purposes of administering this raffle and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.

• All personal data will be handled in accordance with JC North’s Privacy Policy, available at Privacy.

11. Limitation of Liability

• JC North is not responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or other issues that may prevent an entry from being received or considered in the raffle.

• JC North will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Disqualification

• JC North reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or dishonest behavior related to the raffle.

13. General

• JC North reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any other event outside of the organizer's control.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this raffle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14. Acceptance of Terms

• By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
